A set of fifteen criteria addressing the longevity, inclusivity, and social sustainability of urban floor plans. Developed to support dialogue on quality and to promote a more comprehensive approach to design and evaluation, covering bases beyond the requirements of the Dutch Building Code. This is the first edition. The criteria are being developed as part of The Fair Floor Plan, a design-led research project conducted within the framework of the Room for Justice programme, supported by the Dutch Creative Industries Fund.
